only been working out here for a couple of weeks, but so far, so good. They have everything you could need - free weights, machines, racks, ect. I tent to go early in the moorning, so there are only 1-2 others there, but so far everyone has been friendly and more focused on their own workouts that what I’m doing, which is awesome. I hated going to the bigger gyms where you feel like you’re working in a warehouse, and people spending half their time either looking at themselves in the mirror or watching everyone around them. SOLID definately has more of a home/garage gym type vibe, which I prefer.
